  • Do I need resistance training experience?

    • Some resistance training experience is recommended. The program is built to progress exercises over 3 phases, with the first phase being approachable to build your base. Our Minimal Equipment program is great for beginners and those more experienced looking for efficiency and home-based training.

  • Is this a running program? 

    • No, this is a precision made strength and recovery program to enhance your running performance, build strength, prevent injuries, and achieve balanced fitness. We provide instructions on how to integrate it with your weekly running. 

  • Are there exercise demos and instructions?

    • Yes! Every exercise is linked to a demo video. We also provide clear instructions for using your program that help you jump right in, fast.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • We don’t offer refunds for PDF programs, as once you download it there’s no way for us to reclaim it from you. But, if you’re not satisfied please reach out and we can provide a discount towards another of our programs or coaching subscriptions.
